About me
A passionate champion to shape and improve lives through the power of food supply chains, I have spent my career developing sustainable food strategies and leading change in more than 20 countries.
With two decades of experience, I’ve led teams through fast-changing, ambiguous environments and have simultaneously managed remote teams across four continents—effectively working across timezones, cultures, and languages.
I am the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Supply Change Capital, investing at the intersection of food, culture, and technology.
I was previously in various C-Suite roles at Farmer’s Fridge and developed the business from proof of concept to scale. Before that, I worked at Mars to establish a twenty-first-century sustainable supply chain strategy. In addition, I have advised brands such as Stonyfield, Unilever, and Starbucks on how to implement strategic sourcing and sustainability programs within their businesses.
I have served on the boards of Sourcemap (software that helps the largest companies in the world manage their end-to-end supply chains), Sitka Salmon Shares (a direct-to-consumer seafood company that is a leading provider of premium wild Alaskan seafood from small-boat family fishermen to home cooks in the United States), and Doselva (a premium sustainable spice company supporting agroforestry systems in Central America).
I proudly earned my MBA from MIT, was named a Fulbright Scholar, and earned my BA from Boston University with a dual degree in International Relations and Political Science. I am a contributing writer at Forbes, a published author and thought leader.
